Victorious was an American teen sitcom produced for Nickelodeon by Dan Schneider. It starred Victoria Justice as Tori Vega, a teenager who wins a place at Hollywood Arts High School, a performing arts school in Los Angeles. The ensemble cast included Ariana Grande, Liz Gillies, Avan Jogia, Matt Bennett and Leon Thomas III, and the show mixed comedy with original songs. It followed the earlier success of the same producer's iCarly, and the two series shared a crossover episode. Victorious ran for four seasons, and it helped launch the pop music career of Ariana Grande.
