Premiere of Phineas and Ferb

Phineas and Ferb is an American animated comedy-musical series created by Dan Povenmire and Jeff Marsh for the Disney Channel. It follows two stepbrothers, Phineas Flynn and Ferb Fletcher, who spend their summer holidays building extraordinary inventions, while their older sister Candace tries in vain to show their mother what they are doing. In a parallel story, the boys' pet platypus Perry works as a secret agent against the bumbling villain Dr Doofenshmirtz. Each episode includes an original song, and the show won several Emmy Awards. It ran for four seasons and was followed by a feature film, Across the 2nd Dimension, in 2011.
