Premiere of Ben 10

Ben 10 is an American animated series made for Cartoon Network and created by the group of writers and artists known as Man of Action. It follows Ben Tennyson, a ten-year-old boy who finds a mysterious alien watch called the Omnitrix during a summer road trip with his grandfather Max and his cousin Gwen. The device allows him to turn into a range of alien creatures, each with its own powers, which he uses to fight villains such as the warlord Vilgax. The series was a major success for the channel, helped by a large toy line. It led to several sequels and spin-offs, including Ben 10: Alien Force, and to a later reboot.
