Successful coup against the Sovereignty Council of Sudan. It took place on 25 October 2021 in what is now Sudan. It was part of Sudanese transition to democracy. Those involved included Sudanese Armed Forces and the Sovereignty Council. About 40 people died. Some 140 were injured.
