Iron ore dam failure in Brazil, disaster which occurred on 25 January 2019. It took place on 25 January 2019 in what is now Brazil. The setting was Brumadinho dam disaster flooded area. Those involved included Vale. Its causes included dam failure. About 269 people died. Some 23 were injured.
