Brad Pitt was born on 18 December 1963 in Shawnee. An American actor and producer, Pitt grew up in Missouri and Oklahoma and first drew notice in Thelma and Louise in 1991. He became a leading man in films such as Legends of the Fall, Se7en, Fight Club, Ocean's Eleven, Troy and Moneyball, alternating blockbuster roles with offbeat parts. He won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood in 2020. Through his company Plan B Entertainment he also produced films including 12 Years a Slave, which won the Oscar for Best Picture, and he has been involved in humanitarian and architectural projects.
