Wikipedia Asian Month is an online edit-a-thon in which Wikipedia contributors write and improve articles about Asia, with participants rewarded for the articles they complete. It began in 2015 within the Wikimedia community and has been held again in later years. It belongs to the wider family of organised editing campaigns that aim to reduce the gaps in Wikipedia's coverage of particular regions and topics.
