FK Banga Gargzdai is a Lithuanian association football club from the town of Gargzdai, in the west of the country near Klaipeda. It was founded in the 1960s and spent most of its history in the lower divisions of Lithuanian football, with a strong local following in a small town. In more recent years the club has played in the top level of the Lithuanian league and in domestic cup competitions, which has made it one of the notable clubs outside the large cities. Like other Lithuanian clubs, it has sometimes had the chance to enter European qualifying rounds.
