Mass starvation in the Tatar ASSR. It began in 1921 and lasted until 1922 (about 1 year). It was part of Russian famine of 1921. Those involved included American Relief Administration. Its causes included Prodrazvyorstka and war communism. It was founded by war communism and Prodrazvyorstka.
