Kim Kardashian was born on 21 October 1980 in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. An American media personality and businesswoman, Kardashian became widely known through the reality television series Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which followed her family from 2007. She built a business empire on social media, with cosmetics and fragrance brands and the shapewear company Skims. She has also become involved in criminal justice reform, advocating for the release of prisoners and pardons, and she studied toward becoming a lawyer through an apprenticeship program in California. She was married to the rapper Kanye West, with whom she has four children.
