Auckland Grammar School is a state secondary school for boys in Auckland, New Zealand, founded in the nineteenth century and located in the suburb of Epsom. It is one of the best known schools in the country, partly because enrolment is restricted to students living within a defined home zone, which has affected property prices in the area. Its main building, in a Tudor-influenced style, is a recognisable landmark. The date shown for it here is the year associated with its establishment, but fuller details of its early history cannot be stated with confidence from the information available.
